Ask HN: Are you being "529 Overloaded" by Anthropic too?

I have been on the 20x Max plan of Claude Code for a while now, however since last week something changed and I seem to have been getting lots and lots of those 529 errors. My workflow hasn't changed, same level of concurrency as usual, did they change their limits?
