Experiences with Outlier

How is it going for you all working on projects for this platform? I’ve read that sometimes they ban you without even giving you a heads up, is that true? Also, I’d like to ask about the tests they give you for software projects before accepting you; are they actually very difficult? Do I need to have AI level problem solving skills or something similar to get accepted? How is the hourly pay working out? Is it truly hourly, and are deposits made weekly?
