Online it feels like every company is fully embracing AI. In reality, most organizations I interact with are still trying to figure out where it fits into existing workflows, processes and software. The interesting conversations aren't usually about models anymore. They're about trust, reliability, permissions, governance and how AI fits into the way people already work.
