What is the most useful thing you’re using AI for?

Pretty basic question, I’m curious to know what the most useful thing you’re using AI for? Are you using things like Claude cowork for tasks, Codex or Claude code for programming, script writing, homework? Do you use it as a regular chat for companionship, are you using it for life advice?
