How do you maintain project context when you hit limits and have to switch AI tools?

One of the most frustrating parts of using AI coding tools is what happens when you have to switch between them. Every time I move to a different tool, I end up re-explaining the project, architecture, requirements, previous decisions, and all the context I’ve already built up elsewhere. It feels inefficient having to repeatedly provide the same context every time I switch tools or start a new session. Is anyone else running into this?
